 How To Enjoy The Work In Office As Well - Based On Mr Far's Experience

 I'm Mr Far, PTDI's employee. I have been working at PTDI since September 2019, it means three years working. I observed there are many things that we must notice on our working. In the following are the things that we must do during working in office in order we enjoy our job :

- Sincerity

For me this is important to do something. When you go work  without sincerity that's hard to finish your work as well. Sincerity is the key to success. The great men are sincere because they know that sincerity is the keystone to success. Those who don't follow the rules of sincerity can never go long way in the world.

- Initiative

An employee who takes initiative will quickly establish themselves as a valued member of the team, which is also likely to lead the future career success. These are the people who are thought of promotions, pay rises and development opportunities. This is because taking initiative demonstrates confidence, high self esteem and a willingness to work hard.

- Caring

 A caring workplace is one where leaders genuinely care about employees, supervisors care about workers, and employees have friends at work. 

All Employees should care about the work in workplace.

- To Do List

When you forgot what you will do, when you confuse how to arrange the tasks, when you get many tasks from your boss, just try to write them in the book of task lists. Don't forget to update it everyday, after you have done a task, you can mark it. Try to do the jobs one by one, and mark them one by one as an evidence that you have done. In the end of the day, review the task lists which task that is not done and which tasks that is done, and then make a plan and action for the next work.

- Action

Planning without action is nothing.  Just take action and let miracle happen. 

When you go for action you will know the situation and condition what actually happen. You can feel the work, you can learn from the mistakes that you have done if any. By taking action we can re-arrange the works, finish them as well and just go further.

- Coordination

To integrating all of works, we need coordination. 

After we received the tasks. Don't forget to communicate  it to our team to get direction what should we do. 

When we go to the field, we must make coordination as well with the field man. We usually go the field with the great plan. But that planning is needed coordination for realization.

Coordination leads to minimizing the wastage of materials, idle time of employees and the delay of target completion. It ensures the smooth working of the organization in the process of achieving the organization goals.
